Do you ever find yourself a little overwhelmed with life? 

Maybe you feel like you’re being stretched in a million different directions. While you might be doing everything, in the end you don’t feel like you are doing any of it well. Work, family life, personal care - it’s all a mess. 

And as a result, your mind and body is left feeling like a mess, too. We become stressed, tired, drained, unfulfilled…

We start to forget some of the “little” things like sleeping enough. Eating well. Letting ourselves relax. Having fun. Connecting with the people we love. 

Does that sound familiar? If so, I get it. I’ve been there. I’ve done that. 

A lot of us feel this way a lot of the time. And as we all know, this kind of lifestyle never feels good. But it doesn’t have to be that way. 

This is where health and wellness coaching comes in. The coaching process is about taking a good, honest look at your life, and figuring out how you can learn to cultivate balance around yourself, so that you’ll be better able to take on life’s challenges in stride. 

As your coach, I’ll help you to first identify what changes you really want to make. Not just those you’ve been told to make, or those you’ve always thought you should – but the ones that really, deeply matter to you. Next, I’ll help you to see how those changes fit within the vision of the life you want for yourself. Finally, I’ll skillfully guide you through the process of implementing simple, meaningful changes into your day-to-day routine so that you can reach your goals. You’ll be surprised how big of a difference a few, seemingly small steps can make. 

The coaching process will help you:

  • Gain greater clarity and self-awareness

  • Develop nourishing self-care practices

  • Connect more deeply with the people around you

  • Understand your body better

  • Feel more fulfilled and joyful in your life

  • Become more balanced

My Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness

I believe wholeheartedly in a holistic approach to health and wellness. But what exactly does that mean? 

This means that we look at all aspects of your life, and how each of those areas are interconnected. We will look not just at what you eat and how much you exercise, but also whether you feel fulfilled in your career, have strong personal relationships, live and work in an enlivening environment, and take time for self-care. We will seek to bring into balance important factors like love, money, personal growth, physical activity, and whatever else matters most to you.

I understand that life is always changing, and thus our needs – personal, professional, emotional, mental, physical – will be in constant flux. I also understand that what’s good for one person isn’t necessarily good for another.

My goal is for you to be able to get in touch with who you are and what your unique body needs to feel nourished and whole. Through our work together, you’ll build self-awareness and a toolbox of skills that will allow you to cultivate balance for yourself, regardless of what is going on around you.
