I'm a certified health and wellness coach with a Master of Arts in Health and Wellness Coaching, and I'm here to help.
Your personalized one-on-one health coaching program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and will discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
And better yet – you can do all of this from the comfort of your own home (or your office, or a quiet bench in the park – whatever is most convenient for you) as my coaching is all offered over the phone.
Coaching Packages

Starter Package
This is the original Cultivate Balance coaching package. It offers consistent coaching over a sustained period of time, support between sessions, and all the materials you need to get started with healthy change.

2 coaching sessions per month (45-60 minutes each) for 6 months
Unlimited email/text support between sessions
Summary notes after each session

Handouts, information, and other giveaways to support your health and wellness transformation
Perfect for you if:
You are new to coaching.
You’ve been feeling unfulfilled, and you are ready and motivated to see where your life can take you.
You don’t quite know what you need yet, but you definitely know that you need it.
Maintenance Package
Have you made a lot of progress recently and don’t want to lose focus? The “maintenance” package gives you a regular time to check in with yourself and your goals, a source of accountability, and a chance to reassess each month.
What you get:
1 coaching session per month (45-60 minutes each) for 6 months
1 scheduled check in call between each session (15 minutes each)
Unlimited email/text support between sessions
Summary notes after each session
Bonus goodies included in welcome package
Handouts, information, and other giveaways to support your health and wellness transformation
Perfect for you if:
You’ve already completed a “Starter” package.
You have already implemented healthy changes into your life, and now you’ve got to figure out how to maintain those changes moving forward.
You thrive with regularity, consistency, and outside support.

All In Package
What better to go “all in” with than your health and happiness? This package allows you all the time and resources you need to really dig deep. What better than to give yourself all the love, attention, and support you deserve.
What you get:
4 weekly coaching sessions per month (45-60 minutes each) for either 3 or 6 months
1 scheduled check in call between each session (15 minutes each)
Unlimited email/text support between sessions
Summary notes after each session
Bonus goodies included in welcome package
Handouts, information, and other giveaways to support your health and wellness transformation
Perfect for you if:
You are ready to dive in, dig deep, and get your hands dirty (figuratively, of course).
You have a pressing issue that you know needs to be addressed. Like yesterday.
You are ready for change now, and are ready for a commitment to yourself to start taking action now.
(I offer a 10% discount if you pay up front for your 3- or 6-month package)
Standalone Coaching Sessions
I also offer standalone coaching sessions of 45-60 minutes each. This option is best used for follow-up session that are done as needed. Alternatively, this option is ideal for when you'd like to design a customized schedule and frequency of sessions that is best for you and your unique needs.
Discovery Session
Whether you opt for a coaching package or single sessions, each coaching program begins with a Discovery Session. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, assess where you are now, and envision where you want to go. We will talk about who you are – what makes you tick, what doesn’t – and we will talk about your goals, dreams, visions, intentions, and plans to move forward. This session is often longer than a regular session, lasting up to 90 minutes.
If you’d like to give coaching a try, scheduling a Discovery Session is a great place to start. You’ll leave with clarity on whether health and wellness coaching is the right path for you.
